The fact that this stuff is routine in schools across England should be a national crisis. I meet kids all the time who've been pushed to such extreme anxiety and self-hatred that they're self-harming and suffering suicidal ideation.
But even people with progressive values won't take on schools.

Totally magical.
Are fireflies as magical as they appear to be on TV? Or are they just weird little bugs that you can kind of see at night if you try really hard to make them out?

One of the longest air attacks on Kyiv: it began at 11pm & until 9:30am russia kept launching Kinzhals, cruise, ballistics & drones at us.

By obsessing over how to protect genocidal aggressor's bloody money instead of the victim's survival, Belgium is doing Europe a very dangerous disservice.

This is fundamentally Nazism. The idea that different peoples than the favored races carry degradation in their very genes, that they cannot strive to become better because biology compels them to be worse. It’s not just repugnant, it’s a bald faced lie.
Stephen Miller is now arguing that assimilation is fundamentally impossible and that certain cultures are not compatible with Western civilization

"openly" implies there was a past President who was more corrupt in secret, but I can't think who that could have been.
If they are being that pedantic the BBC editors should have added:
“the most openly corrupt president in American history” "(so far)"

National will be counting on a surge of borrowing against equity and homeowners feeling deservedly rich.
House prices will surge next year, RBNZ apparently predicts. There must be lots of money sloshing around in the economy then...

NEW: AI “recipe slop” is overrunning search and social. Food creators say Google’s AI Overviews and glossy fake food pics are drowning out real, tested recipes — collapsing traffic and setting home cooks up for disaster, especially this Thanksgiving.

London: 7°C - Pitlochry: -2°C
Yet the person freezing in Pitlochry pays more for electricity — electricity generated in their own town.
Meanwhile, London, which produces almost none, pays less.
This isn’t just unfair. It’s exploitation. And it’s happening in Scotland every single day.
