STRAIGHT UP AUTHORITARIANISM!!!

DOGE is secretly monitoring staff — scanning messages, watching for disloyalty— and using AI to do it.

No one should have to work under these conditions.

I’ve taken the Senate floor and will speak for as long as I’m physically able to lift the voices of Americans who are being harmed and not being heard in this moment of crisis. Watch here:

1/ Musk says he’s dead but he isn’t. Social Security clawed back 2 months of benefits & haven’t sent more. “He called Social Security 2 or 3 times a day for two weeks, with each call put on hold and then eventually disconnected.” Finally he went down in person www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news...
I found a ‘dead’ person on Social Security in Seattle
“Dead” Ned Johnson turns out to be very much alive. It took him weeks to convince the system he was breathing and to start clawing his benefits back.

The House and Senate could pass a flat CR - a bill with no changes to current programs or spending - to keep the government open. They didn’t.

Instead, the House passed a CR with a poison pill in it that would allow Trump and Musk to cut off spending without Congressional approval.

Unacceptable.

@schumer.senate.gov If you vote for cloture you are a stain on this country’s history that will never go away. You are willingly passing power to a tyrant in waiting, and you are a disgrace to every oath of office any senator has ever sworn. Your legacy will be one of cowardice and contempt.
@schumer.senate.gov is letting us all down! Everyone is furious. This is pathetic.
The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.

The cover-up…

USAID officials were ordered to destroy classified documents, raising concerns about compliance with federal law. An internal email sent to remaining bureau leaders at the agency’s Washington headquarters provided guidance on “clearing our classified safes and personnel documents.”

The FDA’s restraints on food ingredients are limited and relatively feeble, especially compared with those in Europe, a KFF Health News examination found. There are at least 950 substances in our food that are not permitted in Europe, one expert estimates. kffhealthnews.org/news/article...
How the FDA Opens the Door to Risky Chemicals in America's Food Supply - KFF Health News
The FDA has relied on food companies for decades to determine whether their ingredients are safe. Some chemicals and additives are tied to health risks while others are absent from product labels.

Musk’s status as a “special government employee” limits him to 130 days in the executive branch. However, despite working daily—documented by his own X posts—they claim he only works one day a week, effectively stretching his limit to 130 weeks. This needs to be brought to Congress—please share.

Every day should be like this for all of them. ALL OF THEM. ALL THE TIME. EVERYWHERE THEY GO. They shouldn't be able to go out to eat, to relax, to vacation, to shop, without someone making a noise.
Fox News reported that JD Vance had to move to an “undisclosed location” due to protests at the Vermont resort where he’s skiing this weekend. For inflicting misery on the world and here at home in America, this is exactly the energy that should greet Vance wherever he goes for the rest of his days.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Trump preps order to dismantle Education Dept. as DOGE probes data
Closing the agency would require congressional approval, so the new administration hopes to diminish it in the meantime.
