I am a federal contractor. I was told to stop work when the government shut down.
On October 23, Pegasus Residential said they weren’t renewing my lease. We must move by mid-December. Today, they sent a 3 Day Notice to Vacate.
Our ACA insurance is rising from $368/mo to $1496 in January.

Need #Thanksgiving advice. Landlord refuses to repair oven. Turkey breast won’t fit in toaster oven/air fryer. We do have multifunction Ninja crock pot. Anyone tried to cook one in that? Ideas about how to do this? I am fried. Someone gave us the turkey breast. Kiddo wants Thanksgiving.
