As a food science student, I sadly can’t recommend cutting vitamin B9 out of your diet to increase your autism. Something-something increased anemia risk + not much evidence that consuming leucovorin (B9 derivative) “cures” autism.
Note that I only did about 2 minutes of research on this just now.
