Much like the Skyway in Minneapolis, the PATH in Toronto may be open for walking on The weekends but not much in it is. At least unlike the skyway there are plenty of places to sit and plenty of open, clean public washrooms.

Why can’t you be like Minnesota and have no tax on clothes? It shouldn’t break the bank with 13% on top of buying winter clothes that is necessary for survival here just like it is there.
