Really odd that a lot of attention is on Somali vs Hmong immigrants. Wonder what the difference is.
Walz: "As far as demonizing our Somali community ... they bring the diversity and energy to a place like Minnesota."

Went to an indoor playground with my daughter, her friend, and my partner last night. As he stepped up to pay, the cashier glanced at the group and said "Three tickets then?" I was confused but laughed and she said "Oh I thought you were young enough when you first walked up!!!" 🫣

If you haven't checked out @flyfreakstudio.bsky.social in St Paul yet- I urge you to ASAP. My daughter has been taking their aerial classes and she's never felt so strong. They have classes in silks, slings, lyra hoops, yoga and more. It's accepting of all peoples, including all weights!

And if you didn’t do this yesterday, the sun is back out for you!

Don’t be the bad neighbor the rest of the block talks shit about and get that ice cleared before it snows again tomorrow.
If you didn’t get your sidewalks cleared yesterday, now is a great time to take advantage of the sunshine!

Holding space for some grief today, too. This one goes out to the no families, distant families, complicated situations, those with losses- recent and long passed, single parents without their kids, and all other iterations. You are loved.

Not celebrating, just eating pie. We're all on stolen land.

November 27, 2025 at 3:48 PM
Just another paid agitator. Wish someone would pay me to make pies cause I'm frankly better at that.

I also found it interesting that some of the SPPD decided to go with the batons vs mace- really looking to give a beating, huh?

Another thing about yesterday‘s protest escalation in St Paul : this area of the East Side is very diverse. I do believe that that had an impact on SPPD‘s deployment.

I was at the protest today: SPPD was on site when I got there, but their numbers continued to swell. The crowd was loud af but not at all violent- nor were they impeding agents "doing their jobs" or residents. SPPD was in good spirits- many were smiling and laughing. The protesters were told to +

This is me after being pepper sprayed by SPPD. The crowd was noisy but completely nonviolent. There was a lot of anger but no violence from the crowd- SPPD escalated.
