Thinking about Octopus Bill (she/her) today 🐙💖

I didn't realize it's a comic book IP, the use of "storytelling" makes a lot more sense now!

Bully Pulpit used "storytelling game" for Zhenya's, since you don't have to roleplay your character, and it's fairy tales, but also they didn't draw a weird line in the sand about it!

I'm sure that verbiage is meant to attract non-gamers to the campaign, but it dismisses their most enthusiastic audience (gamers who play non-trad ttrpgs).

The problem with "storytelling game" is that it doesn't communicate "no GM" to gamers, so they may make some wrong assumptions about the game.

I briefly tried to fit my Regency Desperation hack in 55 cards because it's cheaper to produce a 55-card deck than a 72-card one, but I added a new location I'm in love with:

Wedding Tent- an opulent tent, Miss M. has basically moved in to escape her brother's new wife. Secluded, but temporary.
