With the same on valerate you trough a bit but never fall incredibly low. Since you're feeling bad on day 6, you may want to avoid that trough with 5 fay cycle, or a different form

Make sure you're on valerate in the options, but you really just want to avoid huge spikes or troughs. This graph keeps you fairly high and doesn't have any low drops, so if you feel like shit it probably isn't your e levels

7 day is completely fine. But you will have a trough starting day 5 or so and might feel shitty.

Enanthate has a gradual trough starting on day 7 or 8 so its perfect to keep levels consistent for weeklies. Check transfemscience.org/misc/injecta... for a visual representation
