Proud of Whidbey Island for turning out like this.

We did our best on our island out here in the Puget Sound. Coupeville, Washington — population of about 2,000, drew at least that many (maybe 3,000) from the island as a whole.

I was in the UK when the World Series was played last year, and listening it did not help me sleep. Perhaps expecting it to be calming was too much to ask! I too listen to the Northwoods Baseball Radio podcast, it’s great for nodding off.
