So…Police Scotland were out in force yesterday at Waverley Train Station stopping people suspected of being trans and checking their ID. Cis women’ too. No ID? Can’t go in. ‘Women’s Rights’ Gender Critical style. I refuse to believe 99% of British women want JKR Law. @jolyonmaugham.bsky.social

Grandaughter (15mo) has her bilateral nephrectomy next week. Her kidneys have zero function & her condition, WT1 glomerulonephropathy has a high risk of kidney cancer. She's on dialysis and we're hoping for a transplant when she's big enough.

So far I’ve learned that Trump regime wants to stop repairing roads, food safety inspections, all environmental protections, affordable healthcare, scientific research, public schooling, vaccinations (?), due process, imported goods, all visitors to USA, reproductive healthcare & universal suffrage
