I’m petty but I wouldn’t give work to any performers who have been trained or are training with academies with owners who love to 💩 on my company

This is why I believe it’s difficult for certain free agents to come to and thrive in AEW, even some performers returning; the skill level and performance-standards are so high.
Somebody with a great physique and two years at the PC isn’t going to cut it in AEW

I think they needed to give Britt multiple matches to shake the rust off instead of throwing her into a big match.
That being said, I think the skill level in that division has grown astronomically.
Britt was a cornerstone of early AEW but will need to improve if she wants her spot back.
