I think the only silver lining I can find at this point is that I am providing my queer and trans employees with a safe space to work in a very red town in one of the reddest states in the country. Sometimes that’s enough. But most days, I am miserable at my job. 🙃
One of these days I’ll have a fulfilling career but in the meantime, I’m in hell
