When in doubt, just remember the purpose of the system is what it does.

Intent is easy to claim and hard to prove. Yes - aspire to better, try for more.

But ultimately, do better. Rest and give yourself the energy and resources to improve, without being plugged into the disinformation nexus.

It's probably a good idea to rest your brain.

Like don't jump to scrolling to wind down, algorithms will attempt to keep you overstimulated with new information.

Disengage for a while & meditate on nice things in recent past, & on pleasant things soon to come.

Reduce your intake of the world.
