This country ALWAYS worshipped money. That was the whole basis of colonialism, and slavery. Look at the first gilded age (late 1800s). It's been the core of GOP for around 140 years.

A surprising number of people who claimed to be Jews started saying we couldn't compare "GOP" to Hitler or Nazis because that SOMEHOW (?) made the suffering of Jews under Hitler less significant. They were wrong then, to try to squelch the truth-tellers.

You just watch - these racists will not only dispense with MLK day, they'll dispense with Juneteenth. I'm pretty sure Reagan's people put off the MLK day (approved in 1983) from 1984 to 1986 because they thought they'd be able to get rid of it before it was ever even celebrated.

Seriously, we need to find out if they're still affected by the "Operation Mockingbird" CIA program to infiltrate news outlets and "befriend" reporters. I'd bet money they are. Plus, rich people (media owners) tend to look out for the rich class.
