Okay, I did the thing. I still have a migraine but I also have a view.
My usual nap spot got washed away by a recent storm, so I had to walk further down the beach to find a quiet alcove away from all the loud people. Now it’s just me, the gulls, and the surf.

Yeah, my old one I was on for ten years stopping working for me so I switched, and it helped for the first few months but but it feels like it’s giving me hella side effects. It’s certainly not stopping my anxiety, if anything it’s making it worse.

I don’t really know cause I’m not a doctor, but I highly suspect my meds are making my anxiety worse, because I lay awake with anxiety and chest pain for a while at night after taking them. It feels very not fucking worth it.

Might just be being crazy because I’m sick of feeling like shit, but I’m highly considering asking my doctor about quitting antidepressants all together, at least to see if some of the weird shit I’m experiencing is straight up because of the medicine I’m on. (I know this requires a plan/tapering).

I’m pretty sure I’m just feeling like shit because of hormones and possibly my antidepressants aren’t working for me, plus weather changes. I’ve just felt vaguely anxious and aches and dizzy for the last week. No germs, just bad vibes lol

My wife teaches yoga on the beach on Tuesdays. I really don’t wanna do yoga right now, but I suppose napping by the water wouldn’t be bad.

(CW Gross) I’m not even afraid of the dentist (aside from the $$$), but last night I had a nightmare that I went to the dentist and he just started yanking out my teeth with pliers and telling me each one cost $700 to remove lmfao
