Yeah, some people don't/can't, depending on many circumstances! Prognosis and outcomes vary widely.

I suspect a good deal of Fetterman's behavior is the stroke, personally.

He's stated he's not taking his prescribed medication, and stroke survivors and doctors have said that taking the medication is key to a full recovery

Well Victoria remains a great city to visit and Vancouver Island stays gorgeous. I think the Victorians are passively trying to petty fleece American tourists on tips but we can all agree that this is pretty justified these days.
