My favorite part of Wicked: For Good is how bigotry against animals can be conveniently turned on and off like a light switch. Have we tried having a lady in a pink dress address a crowd of about 60 to end discrimination? I think we should try it.

Having seen this, I’ve got to say, the KPop Demon Hunter fans need to re-discover Final Fantasy X-2, where you play a girl band who changes fighting classes by changing dresses and has no less than two concerts on the way to saving the world from a giant weapon.
Okay, the crowd going nuts like someone just scored a touchdown at the Super Bowl all *through* the KDH performance is a hell of a thing to see hear/see:

One of our favorite local charities is called Together We Bake. They sell delicious cookies and granola made by formerly incarcerated women, who get job training and mentorship to help them land on their feet.

There's a thread of conservative rhetoric - I often see it in discussions of falling church membership, weirdly - that believes when someone isn't doing what you want the solution is to make greater demands on them. Not totally sure this has ever worked even once.
