When discovering new parts of me, some are light & happy

Some are not.

Some are black & sooty with shame in their eyes

I'm most tender with these as they are they are carrying the heaviest burdens
& require TLC

Once unburdened & integrated
It helps me pop up like a bobber

More free.

My day consists of waking up and connecting to my higher self and parts

Then I go about my day as an oblivious human

But throughout the day I'll be reminded & reconnect

Momentary touchstones to the eternal

& then I tune back into this amazing human I am this time 'round

When we come here, we forget who we are in this energeticically dense environment
To maximize our growth

We rediscover we are fractals of the divine ✨️

We dive right into the human experience, like skydiving from a much higher vibration

I've observed it takes time to digest the concept
That we have fragments of consciousness (for myriad reasons)
Which impacts our quality of life

I myself wasnt aware of them until several years ago
When I began IFS parts work in earnest

It took me time to grasp what a part of myself even was

Observation: my MOST potent healing time is the liminal space upon waking
I usually find at least one Exile

The effect is cumulative - integrating several parts per day
As time goes on they get more subtle

The heavily burdened ones, I believe I've found most
Peace and calm take their place.

I don't have that same impulse now, because I worked through SO much
And in its place is a peace and contendedness

Now are something arises I deal with it, and have my daily healing practice

Healing is simply cause/effect

What's the symptom?
Track it back to its origin & resolve
BOOM! On to the next, & so on - and so on

Observation:
The more healing I do, the more I experience split-second feeling of
A place and a feeling that can only be described as euphoria.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Its also a place
Like if I could travel there I would leave this world in a heartbeat.

Once you get a real, confirmed connection to your inner world/higher self
And can communicate in real time, the outer world loses its importance

You can see it for what it is.

Rooted in the earthly realm

I think there are 2 ways to heal:

1. Fake it til you make it (force)
2. Remove inner resistance

Ive never had success with the 1st
I've only had success by removing blocks to happiness, well-being, abundance, etc.

Blocks being:
1. Exiles (parts/shadows)
2. Lineage patterns
3. Limiting beliefs

UNTIL you:

➡️ Embrace your parts/shadows/Exiles

➡️ Unburden them of their fear, shame, anger & rage

➡️ Soothe them with unconditional love

(Utter acceptance, warts and all)

They will continue to impact your life negatively

Bring them back home to you, & watch your life get better
