I walked into a bar last summer and got me, DMR, and Sparkly Vicky a drink.
I came out and was saying I was lucky to get served as "No shirt, no service" and they'd genuinely never heard of it.

We then all agreed that if they were to go into a bar sans shirt they probably WOULD get served...
