Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

Studied to be an animator because I loved art and wanted to live my life making it and also I sucked too much at/hated math too much to become an accountant or smth.
Post college had a brief "internship" of some substance and ended up at retail because companies don't wanna hire animators anymore
