So turns out my sleep was uber fucked due to OSA. I'm now getting double the REM sleep I was before. Fucking wild.

Having been told my entire life that I'm not getting restorative sleep due to fibromyalgia, being diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and getting a cpap is such a fucking great outcome. I'm not groggy when I wake up.
