To summarise - we won't remove you from the Main hotel waiting list unless you request it, and we can't promise that will happen before the Arden's payment deadline.

🏨 Accommodation Update: The Arden Hotel and Waiting List

Following the lottery results, those who weren't successful and anyone with "attending only" tickets should have received discount codes for The Arden, our overflow hotel.

📋 What You Need to Know

The Arden Hotel:
- Payment deadline: 1st February 📅
- Payments are non-refundable after 1st February ⚠️
- Book directly with the hotel using your discount code

Waiting List:
- All unsuccessful lottery applicants are automatically on the waiting list for residential hotels ✅
- You'll stay on the list unless you specifically ask to be removed
- Rooms are offered as people cancel

🤔 Your Options and What Could Happen

Option 1: Book at The Arden now
- ✅ Guaranteed accommodation nearby at a discounted rate
- ✅ Can still accept a residential hotel room if one comes up
- ❌ Risk losing The Arden payment if offered a residential hotel room after 1st February

Option 2: Hold out for a waiting list offer
- ✅ Chance of getting your preferred residential hotel accommodation
- ✅ No money down right now
- ❌ Risk of no accommodation if the waiting list doesn't move enough
- ❌ Might miss out on The Arden altogether

Option 3: Arrange your own accommodation
- ✅ You're in complete control
- ❌ Probably more expensive and/or further away

We can't promise waiting list offers will come through before The Arden's payment deadline. Have a think about what works best for you and how much financial risk you're comfortable with! 💭

This would be primarily focussed on helping expand into new social media outlets like TikTok, Instagram etc.

Results are on track for tomorrow evening. Registrations will be approved a few hours after, followed by reg reopening for you to able to log in & pay.

Payment deadline for anyone approved tomorrow is 4th Nov
