I think a huge number of Americans would like a non-Trump party to vote for, which is why fixing the midterms etc. will provoke a huge backlash from even Trump's 2024 voters. But a lot of that number wish the non-Trump party was not the Democrats.

We would like to reiterate that in the United States there are no pro-Russian and/or pro-Putin mainstream politicians or sufficiently large numbers of influencers and voters. There is no point of justifying Russia and no one to justify it to. All American politicians and influencers are patriots and supporters of American supremacy. However, there is a feeling among the US. Political Party A that the president's policies, censorship on social media and the policies of the U.S. Political Party B government are encroaching on their rights. They are dissatisfied of dramatic decline in the standard of living and large expenditures on offensive policy of the United States in Europe and Ukraine. They are afraid of losing the American way of life and the "American dream." It is these sentiments that should be exploited in the course of an information campaign in / for the United States.

It is obvious that essentially only social media can function as sources of information. At the same time, the uncensored dissemination, apparently, is possible only on Candidate A

ironically inflation is a good real-world way to *teach* this stuff in school, e.g. to get the ‘math doesn’t matter’ crowd, but too late for that

And the thing no one who knows how things work wants to acknowledge is that voters don’t want inflation to slow. They want it to *reverse.* Now, obviously that can’t happen without economic calamity, but the median voter doesn’t know that so they demand it anyway.

behavioral economists would point out how silly this is - why care if prices are up 8% if your wages are up 12%? - but most people don't even understand offsetting wage increases as a phenomenon that's inextricably linked to rising prices. they just think it's an unrelated reward for their hard work

the solution to the woes of France (and the UK and Germany) is obvious. The technocrat centrists must cut social security on the basis of country of birth. You could cut the deficit by 5% right now by crossing that rubicon. Then far-right govts that respect Putin will be kept out.
