#OLTL Dec 00. A rare occurrence for 2000 - I enjoyed today's episode so much I'm watching it twice! Put it on at 4am this morning when I couldn't sleep and it engaged me so much and I found so many things I want to talk about that here I am again.

#OLTL Dec 00. They're putting in some extra effort in trying to make Melanie happen. They've revealed that she killed her father - I think, iirc, it was a very similar situation to what Viki went through in which case that should only happen once per soap imo.

I have no idea why this ad was playing in 2000 when Home Improvement (that's definitely the set he's on) ended in 1999 and he left the show in 98. But okay.

#OLTL 93. A sure sign that Malone/Griffith thought they could make a lasting character out of Powell Lord (ha!) was having him appear during the 25th anniversary slate of episodes for the kids' rescue operation while Todd and Zach didn't appear for the full week.

#OLTL 93. I've reached the point where Al and CJ are down in the hole and I just love that the 25th anniversary was built around their rescue. Those babies were driving stories way back in 1987 and should've been the the leads of the 2000s. 🤷♀️

#OLTL Jun 93. This ep has a Bo/Viki scene that was clearly a rewrite of a Clint scene; Viki notes she's covering the trial, when last we heard Lindsay Butler was. And I don't think it's a coincidence that this is the same ep that puts Cord's PTSD to bed when he tells Angela what happened in Jabba. 🤔
