Scorpion Empire "Seeker" Victor C not as fancy as the rest of y'all, but finally got my new magnifiers, and finished of my 71st Light Horse/Umayyad descended Seeker Star Captian, Malik Barclay's Victor C+ (the plus being that the ERMLs were replaced with IHMLs, the Scorpion's pride). Obviously I took my liberites on the paints cheme, too, ignoring the PooPnPee camo of Chi Galaxy, for a twist on the Drab and Dun schemes favored by the SLDF (and ELH). not as visible on camera is the metallic gold sheen over all the mech, courtesy Dry Sigmarite. The rest of the star (a Packhunter, Royal Shadow Hawk, Howler, Royal Black Knight) will be simpler, for now, the basic Olive Drab, but spruced up with the Dry Sigmarite, and of course, the "venom green" on the pilot's favored weapon. This machine belonged to one of the ELH 71st Light Horse Warriors, eventually being upgraded to "C" specs, and further updated by Malik, when he won it in a Trial, to carry the IHMLs in the left arm. I am hoping to work on some of the other members of the star on the livestreams I will be joining over the month of December as part of a medical bill fundraiser.

Current progress of the Jade Turkeys for #Battletech #Aces and the #SteinerSupportLance, almost all base coats done, with lots of fun finding the combination of color mixing to get the color just right!

Still got the rest of my mercs, and emplacement to do. So much painting left~

I hate to be posting stuff like this, but I'm afraid my situation has gotten a lot worse.

Our accounts are drained, any $ that's left set aside is for my mom's rehab and my medical bills. I have little to no $ for food right now.

I won't lie. I enjoy my Battletech more without the community memes in general. It's likely just due to overexposure because I work on this stuff all the time, but it just doesn't vibe with me very much.

Nerdy kid at keyboard: Hi guys, I've noticed that it is International Men's Day today, and I'm confused. Why do we need a day to talk about men? We're not a marginalised group like women, queer people, or people of colour. The media is already full of stories about men. Big buff shirtless dude at keyboard: I'm glad you asked, champ. Whatever your view on men's place in society, it's still true that we face a lot of issues - like social isolation, risk of suicide, health problems, and attitudes towards sex and child rearing. Having a day to talk about those doesn't take away from anyone else's problems. In fact, having a day to talk about them helps us be more mindful, and listen better at other times. Second shirtless buff dude on a couch at his laptop: The chief here is really on to something. I want to echo what he said, and also point out that the idea we should remain silent about our problems actually contributes to a lot of our issues. We are human beings, with human needs. Seeking mutual support and understanding isn't the same thing as placing a burden on others. Especially if we're providing it for each other. Third buff dude at his laptop: Right on, my fellow kings. We've inherited a social legacy of competition and division, and a lot of what makes a man in our era is under question. IMD is a chance for us to examine and rethink what we are together, and build the bonds of solidarity and support that will make a better way possible - like in this meme. Because in our hearts, we're all curious kids and buff guys on keyboards.

(I Need Help)

A couple days ago, I fled home.

I have been dealing with a very difficult living situation due to my parents being emotionally abusive.

This Sunday was a breaking point for me and I couldn’t take it anymore. On Monday, I discretely packed my bags, computer, and left.

I have been dealing with a very difficult living situation due to my parents being emotionally abusive. This Sunday was a breaking point for me and I couldn’t take it anymore. The next day, I discretely packed my bags and computer, and left. I am currently staying at a friend’s house. They have a spare room and I’ve been allowed to temporarily crash at their place for the time being. I have a roof over my head, and for the first time in a while now, I feel physically and emotionally safe. Despite this, I am not financially stable. And this is where, unfortunately, I still need help. Bills don’t stop just because I’m in a crisis. I personally use FireBot.

If you struggle with bots that have a complicated UI/UX experience. I really recommend using Firebot instead.

It has support for Dual PC setups too.
External plugins.

All in a really friendly UI.

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program.

The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.
Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: I want to clarify some things and I apologize ahead of time if this sounds rude. It's still work in the progress but since people seem to have complaints about allowing AI in SAMMI. AI has always been a thing in SAMMIs source code itself. SAMMI is a tool that allows the users to do whatever they want with it. The change the previous DEV Team made about forbidding AI art will be reverted, but there will be the necessity to let people know if you use AI art. I also will revert some other changes like the extension policy. Why am I doing this? It's easy, because every person should be able to decide on their own if they want to use AI or not as well as if they want to support AI. If you can not respect this decission, it's ok. Everyone can have their own oppinion about this and if your oppinion is different, feel free to no longer support or use SAMMI. Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: since things are getting way more out of hand now, please read this and if you don't wanna use SAMMI when it allows AI and uses AI in the source code, please leave the server instead of getting rude in the lobby
