In The Labyrinth of Time, entering the Ziggurat without a lantern is supposed to show a black screen. However, the developers put in the wrong filename for the black screen, so it fails to render, showing a black screen instead

This is a really fascinating graphic for a multitude of reasons and I'd be actually curious to know how they got these numbers in specific (esp counting FF1 and not 3 also interesting) but I think also an important lesson to learn here is that we need more women with really really long monologues
