Mine turned out total perfection. Golden crust, moist meat. Brown bits for gravy. So good!
Truth. This is the best way.
If you aren’t spatchcocking your turkey you’re missing out. Shorter cook time and a juicier bird. It’s also fun to say “spatchcock”.

Saskatchewan needs to end government (tax payer) funding of private schools too.
Elections Alberta has approved a citizen-initiated petition application to gather signatures in support of the proposal to end public funding to independent/private schools.

Calgary teacher Alicia Taylor says she brought it forward because it could help improve funding for public schools. #AbEd

If high school chemistry teacher Alicia Taylor gets her wish, Albertans will vote in a referendum on whether to end public funding for independent schools.

Canada's true crisis is the everyday emergency of just trying to get by in an impossible economy.

I’m running for NDP leader so we can transform a system rigged for the rich—together.

We need a government that serves the many, not the money.

Proud to stand with Tanille Johnston and Rob Ashton at the Saskatchewan NDP convention. We're contesting the same job, but all working hard for this party. Join us, it can be yours too #cdnpoli #NDP
Tanille Johnston, Avi Lewis, and Rob Ashton standing together talking in a convention room. Avi speaking to a crowd at the convention. Avi and a man standing on the street in front of a restaurant, smiling. Another angle of Avi speaking to a crowd at the convention.
What many don’t know is how these places are so slapped together and cheaply made. New is not quality.
New Canadians are the ones buying them, at least among all the people I know who bought recently.
I just got to pet a borzoi and my day has been made. I swoon over noodle dogs.

Almost all (or maybe all) social and economic problems can be reverse engineered to show that income inequality is the root of the problems.
There’s a song battle in my head between Chappell Roan’s “The Subway” and K-Pop Demon Hunters “Golden”.
I try not to since I always appreciate when there’s firewood waiting for me when I get to my site. A pay it forward.
Yes do it! Oh and Manitoba has lots of gorgeous forest spaces and lakes too.
The Yukon is fabulous too.

Coal-fired power generation is a 19th century technology that the rest of the world is quickly moving away from. So why is the Sask. gov't extending the life of all of its coal-fired power plants? This move goes against federal clean electricity regulations. @stephenjwt.bsky.social

500 people in northern Saskatchewan are about to be without a psychiatrist if my colleagues and I don't get contracts in the next 10 days.
Also, I highly recommend AirNorth. The flights, staff and free food have all been great. They even give you a warm cookie. 🥹 #airnorth
