If you like an artist I implore you to buy their stuff!
If you can't afford that, thats okay too, I'd recommend switching to another platform regardless, you deserve better.

Or just pirate stuff, probably pays just as well.

Spotify barely pays artists.
Spotify has been doubling down on AI content.

I get that its the most accessible option, but if you want to listen to music there are better options that properly support the people you listen to. We should not be standing for this business on a fundamental level.
