Another migraine set off today from bright light today.
I came out of a building from an appt into direct afternoon sunlight in my face. Migraine triggered.
I took some acetaminophen very early to hopefully avoid having to use my last Nurtec w/no idea when I'll be getting more. It has sorta worked
