I'm off the wine, and generally just cutting calories (honest...it wasn't a lot of butter, and I cut the fat off the chops!). Drinking lots of water & herb/fruit teas, unsweetened.
As with the early days of every diet I've ever done, it's feeling like I might actually wee myself thin...😂

I'm the only one that actually eats it, but the "kids" (24 & 22 this Christmas) demand "that cake you set fire to!".
Can't buy it here in Germany, well not without a bank loan, so I'll have to make it. Forgot last year, and they're still pissed about it...🙄

When you really scrunch hard, you release endorphins when you relax, and they relax you more. That's the theory, at least. Can help with getting to sleep too...and that means you can do it with the light off, so your OH doesn't think you're actively trying to shit the bed. 😂

I've been very lucky re panic attacks, and when they have struck, I know why, but I found just really focusing on slowing my breathing right down, and using a clench/relax literally from head to toes help. Just clench for 5 secs & relax, face, shoulders, arms, hands, tummy, bum , legs, toes. Repeat.
