The PS3 launched with a pricetag fully 150% of the 360 and Sony had the belief they were entitled to win the console war that generation since the PS2 absolutely *rinsed* the XBox last gen.

If the PS3 wasn't also a blu-ray player it's likely it would have done even worse.

Just watched BONES for #spooktober #horror and I gotta say... it's pretty good! Just a thousand-and-one cool-ass visuals and monster designs and gore gags and a pretty somber story of loss and revenge. Snoop is pretty good, too!

Another data point that Ernest Dickerson deserved a lot better.

There are a lot of "great" books that aren't any fun to read and only make the lists because they were the first or most foundational. A Star Wars YA novel that gets kids to read paper books at all is more important to the corpus of human writing than Finnegan's Wake, fite me.
