This is the most grandma advice I can offer people but it really does make a difference, out and about in the world, if you bring a warm friendly attitude with you. Everyone from service/retail workers to random people on the sidewalk appreciate it. It builds community!

Would someone please tell me why being on a treadmill has been one of the LEAST appealing ideas my entire adult life until now. When 20 minutes of treadmill time will tank my blood sugar. NOW I just want to hang out on the damn thing.

So proud of my body today. I did a 6-3-30 (it's like a 12-3-30, but half the incline) without my blood sugar dipping below 80!
