An extreme example of what might be psittacine beak and feather disease (PBFD). It's possible this is some other disorder but seems likely to be PBFD. Regardless, it's remarkable that this sulphur-crested cockatoo has survived for so long.
A very sad sight near the Grampians.
I have reported it to Wildlife Victoria.

That's it. I'd pay like $100 a month for that AI as long as it shut the fuck up about everything else and didn't steal art.
