The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has issued an urgent appeal as national blood supplies fall below 3 days. It says over 12,000 donations are needed in the coming days and weeks to restore stocks.

I think what's bothering me about all these statements I'm seeing from politicians that are variations of "Israeli hostages and Palestinians are returning to their homes, yay" is that Israelis are returning to their homes and Palestinians are returning to uninhabitable post apocalyptic rubble.

Both sides have factions. It's always been the way. Being a leftie, I consider the left morally correct in most things compared to the right. That's where things go awry though. The left has parties that will fight with other left groups over one or two issues that they differ on instead of focusing
