Okay, but like, anyone who expected *JON MOXLEY AND DARBY ALLIN in an I QUIT MATCH* to be family friendly clearly hasn’t been paying attention to… anything either of them have done in AEW? Plus as others have said, it was the last match on the show, airing past kids’ bedtimes. C’mon now.

Totally! And I have no idea if certain decisions are made by the venue, or the security company, or those running the event. I guess it could be anyone really. I wish I could ask the guy I know but he was a former coworker so I don’t really see him anymore sadly.

Idk if this information helps at all for the present discussion! Just sharing what little I know about how security for venues can be complicated with different groups involved.

Like, he would do security for all events at the NOW Arena, whether it was wrestling, concerts, etc. His employer wasn’t the arena, it was the security company. And they also do security for the Wintrust Arena and some other locations. 2/

I have no idea how this translates to Daily’s Place, but I know a guy who used to do security at the NOW Arena, where AEW often runs in the Chicago area. I believe he said the security team was a separate company that actually did security for all events at a lot of venues in the area. So… 1/

Which, like, fine, the more people against Trump the better. But I just don’t understand their brains. I feel like that culture of toxic masculinity is one aspect of what led us here in the first place?? Is it weird doublethink on their part, or am I just missing something?

Something I’ve noticed. I’ll see dudes (again, seems to usually be dudes) say a ton of toxic shit in replies to posts. Shitting on AEW, saying crass toxic shit - stuff borne out of the worst parts of toxic masculinity. Out of curiosity I go to their profile, and it’s all anti-Trump, anti-Alt right.

I could go on and on, lol, plants are one of my other big interests aside from wrestling. I’ve always wanted to talk plants with Hangman too (and I’m kinda dying to know what species of milkweed he’s planting)! 😅
