it's #11, but that just means they were still basing her off April Fisher even in 1987 when the cartoon went in another direction

also, Baxter was modeled off April Fisher's father, and Fred Wolf wanted to turn him into a straight-up Doc Brown ripoff, but only got away with whitewashing him
