Day 15: man am I ever afraid of hands for #poorlydrawnoctober. This artist is not afraid of hands and consequently was happy to draw a whole bunch of them. Some referenced, some mind hands.

Today's drawing was prompt 15 hands are scary (I think, that is what I drew anyway XD) from #PoorlyDrawnOctober and I kinda tried to do too much

Hen and Squirrel.
Ink and gouache on Fabriano Medioevalis, approximately 95 × 64 mm.

Dedicated to the neighbourhood Goblin Squirrel (who might possibly just be a new mother after all).

Black ink drawing, primarily in silhouette, of a hen chasing off a squirrel as it scrambles over a fallen branch on the ground. The hen's comb and wattle are the only touch of red gouache. The piece is small and intricate, and is roughly the size of a business card.

My main Minecraft home/village on my forever-world is starting to come together a lot more now that I'm building in creative instead of survival and also following various youtube tutorial build videos :V

I feel when freedom of expression/art is argued for, many people knee-jerk hear they have to like/accept art they hate or disgusted by

you are allowed to hate and block art you don't like or even find morally reprehensible. you're just not allowed to negatively impact an artist's freedom to make it
