A little breeze with a lick of spring took me back to every time I’ve existed in the salinity of the coasts — of land and those of my heart.

Never got to try these, but it made me think of my favorite discontinued food which was Nerds cereal. Did you all ever have that? We only got it a couple times, but I loved it.
Nabisco Minizza (1986-1987): Snack crackers made to look and taste like little pizzas. Each crispy, buttery "crust" was covered in tomato powder, oregano, basil, and real cheese. Debuted in October 1986, and sold primarily in Arizona, Texas, and Indiana. They were discontinued by summer of 1987

Gotta fill February with good things, otherwise you can lose your mind.
So far I’ve got: pizza night with a friend, new tattoo, folk punk show with friends, Free State beer dinner, Cabaret of the Unhinged, monthly craft circle. Definitely inserting seeing Wuthering Heights somewhere in there too.

I was reminded this morning that I had the cassingle of Warrant’s “Cherry Pie” when I was in 4th? 5th? grade.
Listening to the lyrics, that’s a little wild, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

What’s your favorite Journey song?
And don’t lie, I know there is at least one that you like.
I’m pretty sure mine is “Anytime”.

Was having a conversation with 15yo that ended up with me telling her about this movie.
It’s so good, y’all.
Highly recommend.

Already had a trip planned in April and definitely will be dropping $$ at local restaurants, bars, and museums for sure. The Twin Cities are always a great time.
Axios had a story today about how hard Minnesota’s economy is being hit and how slow the recovery could be. So, I’m going to take this opportunity to say that if you want to support the Twin Cities, you should plan a visit for this summer, spend some money here, & see how amazing it is for yourself.

When I’m addressing an envelope, I like holding the person in my mind and thinking about what I like about them and/or what they mean to me.
I hope a little of that spirit gets transferred from heart to ink to paper to heart.
