Im Oberseminar heißts #selbstverwirklichung - im Deutschkurs "Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich's sein", im Achtsamkeitskurs "Worklifebalance" und im Alltag "es macht mir einfach Spaß" (mehr als der Job). Und selbst wir Glückskinder, die auch in Arbeit (noch) aufgehen, wären ohne Verrücktes ärmer.
