Seventh Son is genuinely good. However, my old book club omnibus is disintegrating!
The final book in the Alvin Maker series will be published next year. I'm re-reading the series to decide whether or not to go in on that last book, being aware of Card's crappiness as a person.
The first book is still good at least.
