point of clarification: Real Presence, yes, but Lutherans do NOT believe in transubstantiation . They believe Christ's body and blood become present, but the bread and wine don't physically change

(I'm very much not Lutheran any more, but recall a pastor joking about spirituality possessed bread)

It is! Taylor and Case’s are the 2 big statewide brands (I prefer Taylor, but I wouldn’t say no to Case’s). Legally, it has to be called “pork roll” because of the way the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 defined “ham,” but it remains Taylor ham in the hearts of those of us who are correct about it.
