It's 1st anniversary of the publication of my book "The New Flesh" this week. I enjoyed writing it, I think it's a good analysis of the political economy of Platforms, Social Media, and Big Data. In the 1920s German Communists were calling Luther the first Social Democrat for his endorsement of the murder of the peasants and Müntzer and by God they were right!
I've joked it before, but to hear me talk about Thomas Müntzer and the German Peasants' War is like hearing a heretic Astartes still going on about the Horus Heresy 10,000 years after the fact. It is a deep, old grudge that has become almost foundational to my identity.
can we at least start litigating some different wars? somebody do some wars of the roses posting, that could tie up the timeline for at least two years, you can cross the streams with GoT posting and really deep fry some brain worms

It's funny how the intellectual chops of people like Power has become directed almost entirely to making themselves feel like aesthete philosopher rebels by virtue of their enjoyment of essentially shock jock radio slop, saturated with 4chan memes and tasteless slurs. It's Comedia del Arsehole.
