My Love passed away peacefully yesterday.

The kids and I are trying to process our loss, how fast all this happened and prepare for a life without him.

I'm so glad I did it! It was healing in its own way.

Off to walk Raya, volunteer, walk Raya and start moving some of my stuff back to the boat so tomorrow when my friends get home it's not so cumbersome.

When we moved back to Canada, I was asked at the border if we had guns (we were in 2 vehicles) and my response
"OH no! That's why we're leaving the US!!"
