People have no concept of how much money this is. If you make a billion dollars at age 40 and spend $60,000 EVERY DAY until you die at age 85, you still wouldn't run out of money. No normal human requires this much money.

If you make a billion dollars — or $500 million or even $100 million dollars — and you keep trying to make more, then there is something seriously wrong with you. It's a mental illness akin to hoarding or drug addiction.

There's a Hill bubble narrative, posing as savvy realism, in treating impeachment as some radioactive poison and so Democrats must squash any talk of it. But there's zero evidence for that. No polls back it up, nor recent history. It's all just pundit-brained conventional wisdom eating its own tail.

This is likely a catastrophic mistake. Lowering interest rates to keep a bubble going means that the effects when it bursts will be worse, and you will have less room to lower rates further when it is really needed.
