I see pictures of men, women and children, babies even who were thrown into gas chambers by the nazis. I can’t think of a more hideous shameful collective mark on humanity. Studies suggest a judge would have found the defendant's guilt or innocent contrary to the jury's verdict in roughly 1 out of every 4 or 5 trials, with the most common disagreement being the jury acquitting when the judge would have convicted. So you’re more likely to get off if tried by a jury.

If tarot cards worked, a 2nd reading should produce the exact same result. A similar problem exists with juries. Eg, If two juries heard the exact same case, the verdict should be the same. But as “The Jury: Murder Trial" CH4 showed, that is not always so.
