Here's how to set up a press mailing for your small biz:

1) gather as many as you can on a sheet/doc. aim for a few hundred.

2) create one email layout and script. copy as multiple drafts

3) paste the press emails into the BCC slot

4) fill out the To: to yourself

5) check read receipts box
