In @jcb.org, Kun Gao et al. show that a specific long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 directly facilitates the repair of broken DNA. Targeting this RNA effectively sensitizes lung #cancer cells to #chemotherapy, offering a promising strategy to overcome treatment resistance. rupress.org/jcb/article/...
