Legorunbuddy and legorunkitten at a different spot in the park. Its meant to be a water feature but in 25 years of it being there I can count on one hand the amount of times it has ever been turned on. Its a shame because the kids love it when it is. Silly selfie, high vis vest, head torch as it was proper dark in the park. Doing a V for victory sign and sticking my tongue out. Yoga/pilayes by light of Christmas tree. Garmin stats from my run with a Christmas tree sticker added. 14.5km or 9 miles. Just under 6 min a km average pace. Legorunbuddy and legorunkitten stood on a street sign at the end of my run. Its starting to get light, street lights on. Road to the right and bush and trees to the lleft. A tree with no leaves but sone big Christmas baubles, the closest one is red, another is silver. My parkrin finish token and legorunbuddy in the palm of my hand at the end of parkun, you can see my volunteer wristband too. Had to do a selfie with friends at the welcome sign as it was first time for us all running this course. I made my friend wear a tutu in honour of her 97th different parkrun location, she is trying to get to 100 different parkruns. I have only done 6? But it has inspired me to try and get to a few more Norfolk ones at least.

Walk around the marshes this afternoon after hideous meeting. An evening of pizza, film, jigsaw building then dealing with cat poo,small child vomit because of the smell of cat poo & then managing to get the Elf set up. Small child is still awake.. I am beyond tired, he apparently is not. #keepgoing

View from the Broadwalk over the marshes the sun is beginning to set there is a dog walker in the distance. The hill on Marston lane. A bit slippy with all the leaves. Sort of enjoyed sprinting up.... I did beat a cyclist.. the path is muddy, trees either side and a car park go the right. A wall post painted as a snowman. This house near me does this every year, they have 4 of these wall post with round bits on top painted white and in December they paint snowperson faces and put scarves on them. Its brilliant. Simba the activity Elf, he is wearing a reindeer onsie and hanging on new star lights in living room window. Christmas activity and breakfast treats brought by the Elf. The type of things we dont have the rest of thd year, pop tarts and chocolate cereal plus waffles, croissants. A lego set and jigsaw to begin building. Plus chocolates of course. Fairy lights drapped on the goodies. Advent buckets hanging on the shelves in the living room. They are filled with chocolate and sweets one for each of the 4 kids. There are fault lights around the shelves. Each bucket has a peg clipped on with numbers 1-24. The living room, the sensory end. You can see the new Christmas lights in thd window, 5 big neon stars, and then 6 chains of stars hanging down. There is a swing and a rope ladder, plus climbing ladder on the wall. To the left built in shelves with fairy lights where the advent buckets are hung. On the floor a peanut ball and wobble board.
