Zohran Mamdani’s Transportation Plans: Will They to Arrive on Time?
A lot depends on the state and even the feds, but the incoming New York mayor’s big proposal — free buses — is not far-fetched.

Earlier this week, Gov. Lamont signed HB 8002 into law. As a reminder, this is great news for the pro-homes movement in CT — but it can't be the last step in addressing affordability.

From @peteharrison860.bsky.social and Karen DuBois-Walton:
Opinion: It’s time for CT to say YIMBY (Yes In My Backyard)
HB 8002 is an important step, but 'we need our local, regional, and state leaders to listen to their constituents and say yes to pro-homes ideas.'
