Late last night, we saw HB 8002 pass the Senate during CT's special session.

This legislation is crucial for creating the pro-homes Connecticut our region deserves.

Now, we look to Gov. Lamont to sign it into law!

Yesterday, NYC Council passed the OneLIC plan, bringing new homes, community investments, and resiliency updates to the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens.

Additionally, we saw ballot questions 2-4 pass in NYC!

By passing 2-4, NYers have voted YES to take real action to build the affordable housing we need. Now we have even more tools to make that a reality.
